Acquisition

MSB works with clients to analyze needs and acquire appropriate equipment. Workstations, hardware, software, and other computer equipment is available to purchase.

Installation

Installations include consulting, software installation, coordination of communications, verification of network communications, hardware setup, hardware installation, hardware pickup and delivery, and business services.

Basic installation includes the installation or movement of equipment. MSB also installs and configures network servers. Hourly installation services are available.

Support, Education and Maintenance

Client workstation support includes consulting, verification of network communications, hardware troubleshooting, hardware exchange, hardware pickup and delivery, and business services. MSB also offers onsite training for hardware, software and general computer usage. MSB provides onsite support with a dedicated team of technicians. Every phone call is handled by a qualified technician and often times problems can be resolved right over the phone. For those times when a phone call won't do it, MSB technician will assist onsite.

Email

MSB supports Microsoft Exchange and Outlook as its integrated email and calendaring system. Email service also includes virus detection and filtration, contacts, global address lists, storage, and backup. MSB has experience working in non-Microsoft mail clients as well, including Mozilla Thunderbird, Netscape Mail, Eudora and more.

File and Print Servers

MSB offers access and support to shared file and print servers. This support includes consulting, software installation, configuration and maintenance of network security, coordination of communications installations, verification of network communications, backup services, network training, operations support, hardware troubleshooting, hardware equipment exchange, hardware pickup and delivery, and business services.
