He attended The College of St. Rose in Albany, NY and moved on to Clark University where he acquired his Mastery certificate in Microsoft Windows Systems Administration. As a consultant he specialized in customer management with municipalities and negotiated contracts and connections on their behalf with the State of Massachusetts and their vendors. Martin I. Montoya is a holder of the Microsoft Certified Professional and Sonicwall Systems Administrator certifications, along with CompTIA's NET+ and A+ certifications.

Michael J. Stratford has been designing websites for ten years.
